We reserve the right to decline treatment to any individual where it is deemed clinically inappropriate or where information provided is incomplete or inaccurate. It is your responsibility to ensure all information submitted is truthful and up to date.
All prescription medications are issued only after a clinical assessment has been completed and approved by a registered prescriber. Prescriptions are generated lawfully in accordance with UK pharmacy law and GPhC standards.
We do not supply prescription-only medicines without a valid prescription. Prescriptions are not transferable and are issued solely for the named patient. By submitting a consultation, you consent to your information being reviewed by our clinical team for the purpose of prescribing.
Our pharmacist reserves the right to decline to dispense any prescription if it is considered clinically unsafe or inappropriate to do so.
Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major debit and credit cards. All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.
Payment is processed securely via our payment provider. We do not store your full card details. Charges will appear on your statement as Pharmacy Weight Loss Alloa.
We reserve the right to amend our pricing at any time. Any changes will not affect orders already confirmed and paid.
Once your order has been clinically approved and dispensed by our pharmacist, delivery will be made within 1 working day. Delivery timescales begin from the point of pharmacist approval, not from the time of order placement.
Delivery is subject to the availability of your chosen medication. We cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by circumstances outside our control, including courier delays or incomplete delivery addresses. You are responsible for ensuring your delivery details are accurate at the time of order.
You may cancel your order before it has been clinically approved and dispatched. To request a cancellation, please contact us promptly via our website or email.
Once a prescription has been dispensed and your order has been dispatched, we are unable to offer a refund under consumer cancellation rights, as prescription medicines are exempt from the standard 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
If your order is declined following clinical assessment, you will receive a full refund. Refunds are processed within 5–10 working days.
Our services are not a substitute for advice from your GP or NHS healthcare provider. Weight loss medications carry risks and side effects. You must disclose all current medications, medical conditions, and relevant history during your consultation.
If you experience any adverse effects after taking medication supplied by us, stop use immediately and seek medical attention. You should inform your GP that you are receiving treatment from an online pharmacy.
We accept no liability for adverse outcomes resulting from information you have withheld or misrepresented during your consultation.
We handle your personal and medical data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. We aim to respond to all data-related enquiries within 48 hours. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
